The opportunity has arisen for a motivated person to fulfil the role of Office Assistant at our Head Office in Swansea Vale. The ideal candidate will have previous experience or have worked in a sector where client care is paramount.

Duties involve opening and distributing incoming mail, call handling, reception cover, meeting and greeting clients, ‘front of house’ duties, along with a range of administrative responsibilities such as ordering stationery and copying documents.

This is a part time role 10:00am – 2:00pm Monday to Friday with full time cover required for some periods of staff absence.

Duties involve collection, franking, and organisation of outgoing mail, and occasionally taking recorded delivery post to a local post office.

This is a part time role 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
