• Legal advice for you

Notary

At one time or another individuals or businesses may require to have documents or signatures notarised, particularly if dealing with matters overseas. These notarial acts have to be undertaken by a qualified practising Notary, who may or may not be a Solicitor.

Why DJM?

Our consultant, Ken Morgan, is a qualified Notary in Swansea and Mumbles and can therefore offer a complete notarial service which covers:

  • Authentication of signatures
  • Authentication of documents – both business and personal
  • Preparation of notarial documents

We can also deal with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) on your behalf in order to obtain apostilles under the Hague convention.
