Our Residential Property team, is led by Helen Kelly – a Solicitor with more than 10 years experience, deals with all aspects of transactions and has extensive experience handling complex matters. Our objective is to always provide timely solutions that are not only legally appropriate but also workable.
Our quote always include all the costs of the legal fees, VAT, searches and indemnity insurance policies that we consider should be carried out or taken out on the property. Our quotes also include all HM Land Registry fees applicable as well as details of the Stamp Duty Land Tax which may be payable on completion. If during the course of the transaction any further fees are required for matters to be paid on your behalf these will always be discussed with you in advance. All legal work will be supervised by a fully qualified Solicitor. A fact we are proud and one that sets us apart from many other law firms. All of our property team have direct telephone numbers as well as email contact addresses in order for clients to contact us directly and at a time that is convenient for them. It is also possible to conduct matters via email if this is what clients prefer. Our offices are easily located just off J45 of the M4 and have a large number of meeting rooms and car parking spaces should you be required to attend meetings or to sign documents, or maybe even collect keys for your new home. Within DJM’s Residential Property Team we have a wealth of experience across numerous sectors including:
Corporate & Commercial
Estates, Trusts & Wills
Family & Divorce
Our team has a wealth of experience in providing legal advice to businesses and individuals on an array of issues.
