A safe welcome for clients and visitors
To support the Welsh government and to protect our employees and clients during the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, DJM wishes to update our clients on the level of service we can provide during this period. We shall operate with reduced staff number by strict appointment only basis at our office implementing a strict visitor protocol.
We continue to work remotely and follow the guidance set by Welsh Government and we continue to offer seamless service during such times. However, we would respectfully suggest to our clients or visitors to contact us before any attempts to visit our office in person without prior appointment. Due to our remote working patterns, it may result in the person you wish to meet not being on site.
We respectfully ask all visitors, including clients, to our offices to wear adequate face coverings for their own protection and that of our staff. We appreciate that this may not be possible for everyone, but in such circumstances, we would ask you to inform our reception staff upon arrival. We may also request that your temperature is taken when you visit our offices.
We continue to offer our full range of legal services remotely including video calls. It is our intention to continue to offer this facility in conjunction with recent Government guidance. Our remote working systems have operated successfully throughout this time.
Our usual means of contact via e-mail and telephone remain unchanged. This also applies to our Mumbles Office.
We have asked everyone at DJM to continue to follow social distancing measures and ensuring safe personal hygiene. This extends to the use of masks and protective screens for your safety and that of our staff.
