DJM’s Corporate Team advise on the sale of iCom Reward Works to Terryberry
DJM’s Corporate team are pleased to have assisted as lead legal advisors to the shareholders of iCOM Reward Works Ltd, the leading employee benefits provider to the US based Terryberry.
iCOM provides rewards and benefits platforms on a digital basis and boasts clients such as Allianz, Greene King, the NHS and various other public sector bodies. Dave Baker and Don Reed the management team of iCOM will stay with the business to lead its growth strategy.
Terryberry the Michigan based operator has 30 offices through the US and UK and is a leading employee recognition business and is backed by Tenex Capital following its investment in 2019.
The DJM team included Sheraz Akram and Georgia Power.
