Sheraz graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Law in 2003.

Corporate & Commercial Prior to joining DJM Sheraz was previously with a large Commercial firm based in Cardiff and has dealt with an extensive corporate client base situated both in the UK and internationally. Sheraz has been involved in transactions of varying size and complexity.

During his career to date Sheraz has dealt with numerous acquisitions, disposals, MBO’s, investments, share schemes, restructures, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, LLP agreements and commercial agreements.

Sheraz also has vast experience in dealing with medical and health-care organisations.
