Sale of Haz Environmental group

he corporate team at DJM have recently completed the sale of shares in Perks Patel Holdings Ltd – the parent company of Haz Holdings Limited and trading company Haz Industrial Services Ltd (trading as Haz Environmental), a specialist waste management company based in West Bromwich.
Haz Environmental was acquired by Red Industries who already operate in the sector with subsidiary Chemtech Waste Management Ltd and others. Directors of Haz Environmental, Gary Perks and Jit Patel, will both remain with the business during a transition period.
DJM’s commercial property team also assisted with the complex property elements of the transaction including leading due diligence on three properties. DJM’s employment team also assisted in the employment elements of the transaction.
Red Industries were advised by Squire Patton Boggs and Castle Square Corporate Finance and HSBC bank were advised by Keebles LLP.
