Sale of G R S (Care) Limited

The specialist healthcare team with DJM’s corporate department has recently advised on the sale of shares in G.R.S (Care) Limited, one of the largest supported living and domiciliary care service providers in South West Wales.
The company was sold for a substantial sum to Swanton Care & Community Limited who provide residential and supported living care for adults with complex learning disabilities. The transaction is part of a trail of acquisitions by Swanton.
