Devonald Griffiths John acquires Harding Evans Criminal Department

DJM’s corporate team have assisted in Devonald Griffiths John’s acquisition of the criminal department at Harding Evans LLP.
Devonald Griffiths John, who are a specialist criminal law firm, have acquired the business and assets relating to the criminal department including numerous files and specialist solicitors. They will now carry out both legal aid and private criminal work.
Following the acquisition Devonald Griffiths John have a presence in Newport, as well as their already established offices in Swansea and Haverfordwest. DJM’s commercial property team assisted in their lease arrangements.
The transaction concluded swiftly in May 2019 and business continued as usual for the firm.
