One Team Logic secure £3.2M funding from Octopus Investments

DJM’s corporate team have recently assisted One Team Logic Ltd as they received £3.2m growth funding from Octopus Investments.
The team worked closely with One Team Logic Ltd , their financial advisers Shaw & Co LLP and Octopus’ legal advisers, Shoosmiths on all steps of the transaction. One Team Logic provide safeguarding and child protection software and created the Queens-Award winning software, MyConcern. The company is led by executive directors Martin Baker, Michael Glanville and Darryl Morton all of whom will continue to head up the management team post-investment.
