Sale of shares in Icom Print Works Limited

DJM’s corporate department have advised on a restructure and sale of shares in iCOM Print Works Limited. The owners, Dave Baker and Donald Reed, have sold print works company to Hague Group for a substantial sum.

iCOM Print Works specialises in print management including printing labels for the healthcare and commercial sector. Nathan Wain, director of Hague, said that iCOM Print “have established a reputation for providing outstanding service and products to their customers. I am looking forward to building on that success.”

The sellers Dave Baker and Donald Reed are now focusing on growing the rewards business.

Dave Baker said “I am very proud and grateful to our customers and suppliers who have supported us during that journey and thank them for their continued support as iCOM Print Works enters its next exciting phase of growth”
