Allyson is an Associate Member of the Institute of Legal Executives and has over 30 years experience.

Specialist Area:

Allyson is a Legal Executive within the Dispute Resolution Department dealing with a wide range of litigation, particularly, residential and commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes. These involve recovering possession of properties together with unpaid rent. Allyson advises Housing Associations landlords in relation to tenant management issues to include anti-social behaviour issues and access injunctions. Allyson also advises on debt recovery. Allyson is supervised by Russell Price, a Solicitor and head of the Dispute Resolution team.
