Qualifications:

Claire obtained her degree in Law with Legal Studies in Europe from the University of Reading and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University.

Specialist Area:

Claire has specialised in commercial property since qualifying and over the past 18 years has gained experience in a wide variety of transactions acting for both public and private sector clients. In particular, she has acted for Universities, NHS Trusts, Housing Associations and many local businesses and property owners in connection with selling and purchasing property and all landlord and tenant related transactions. Claire has also regularly acted for a number of high street lenders in relation to secured lending transactions including financing high value properties and multi-let property portfolios.

Claire is supervised by Michael Price, a Solicitor and head of the Commercial Property team.

Interests:

Outside of work, Claire enjoys travelling, cooking and reading.
