Elaine is a qualified Paralegal and became a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals in 2012.

Specialist Area:

Elaine is a Paralegal within the Estates and Trusts Department and assists with all areas of private client matters including: – preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications; assisting with the Administration of Estates and managing client affairs together with assisting with the preparation of trusts. She is supervised by Jonathan Powell, a Solicitor and Head of the Estate and Trusts Team.

Interests:

Spending time with the family, keeping fit and socialising.
