Qualifications:

Georgia graduated from Swansea University with a 2:1 in her LLB hons degree. She completed her LPC at Cardiff University along with an LLM in Legal Practice, which was focussed on the protection of unsecured creditors in insolvent liquidations and wrongful trading.

Specialist Area:

Georgia joined DJM as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2018 and qualified in March 2020. Georgia is now an Associate Director in DJM’s Corporate and Commercial Department.  Georgia has a special focus on e-commerce and care sector corporate transactions with further providing corporate and commercial advice experience in retail and hospitality, manufacturing and EV sectors.

Georgia is supervised by Sheraz Akram, a Solicitor and head of the Corporate team.

Interests:

Georgia enjoys socialising with friends and family, watching TV box sets and keeping active.
