Qualifications:

Lloyd graduated with a degree in law (LLB) from Glamorgan University in 2010 and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of South Wales in 2012.

Specialist Area:

Prior to joining the firm Lloyd has worked for leading law firms in Cardiff and most recently was head of litigation for a Cardiff based law firm.

Lloyd’s work includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Residential and commercial landlord claims;
• Boundary dispute claims;
• Misrepresentation claims;
• Insolvency claims;
• TOLATA claims;
• Shareholder disputes; and
• Unfair prejudice petitions.

Lloyd has acted for both high net worth and high-profile individuals, including footballers and Tour de France stage winners.

Lloyd is supervised by Russell Price, a Solicitor and head of the Dispute Resolution team.

Interests:

Outside of DJM Lloyd is an avid football fan and enjoys doing stand-up comedy and has performed at the Glee Club and for the Liberal Democrats.
