Qualifications:
Read law at Swansea Institute of Higher Education graduated with a 2:1 Honours degree in 1995. Undertook the LPC in Cardiff and then commenced a training contract with firm, qualifying as a Solicitor in 1999. He went on to become an Associate Solicitor and then Partner in the firm before leaving to take up an opportunity elsewhere. Paul re-joined the firm in 2017 as an Associate Director.

Paul undertakes all aspects of Employment and HR work including but not limited to the following:
- Representation in employment tribunals and other courts
- Wrongful and unfair dismissal cases
- Redundancies and restructuring
- Compromise Agreements
- Contracts of employment and directors service agreements
- Company and staff handbooks
- Restrictive covenants
- Managing sickness and absence control
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Transfer of Undertaking Regulations (TUPE)
- Discrimination issues
- Maternity/Paternity rights
- Breach of contract
Paul is supervised by Sheraz Akram, a Solicitor and Head of the Corporate team in the firm.
