Our Residential Property team, is led by Helen Kelly – a Solicitor with more than 10 years experience, deals with all aspects of transactions and has extensive experience handling complex matters. Our objective is to always provide timely solutions that are not only legally appropriate but also workable.

Our quote always include all the costs of the legal fees, VAT, searches and indemnity insurance policies that we consider should be carried out or taken out on the property. Our quotes also include all HM Land Registry fees applicable as well as details of the Stamp Duty Land Tax which may be payable on completion. If during the course of the transaction any further fees are required for matters to be paid on your behalf these will always be discussed with you in advance.
